Spiced Cranberry Sangria

A sparkling, rum-based punch from the folks at  Yavapai Lodge in Grand Canyon Village, AZ.


Spiced Cranberry Sangria

Keyword cinnamon, cranberry, elderflower liqueur, orange, rum


½ oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur½ oz. Bacardi Superior rum1 oz. Orange juice2 oz. Cranberry juice1 oz. Simple syrup1 dash Cinnamon2 oz. Mionetto Avantgarde prosecco3 Cranberries 1 Star anise for garnish


Combine all ingredients (excluding prosecco) in a shaker tin with ice.
Shake well and pour into a wine glass.
Top with Prosecco.
Garnish with cranberries and star anise.
