Frozen Banana Pudding

The warmth of bourbon and brandy meet creamy banana liqueur in this delicious dessert in a glass.

Frozen Banana Pudding

Ingredients

1.75 L banana bread beer syrup*
.750 L Giffard banana liqueur
.750 L Brandy
.750 L bourbon
5-7 over-ripe bananas
1.5 L whole milk
Splash of banana extract
Nilla wafers for garnish

Preparation

Blend bananas and milk together. Combine the banana and milk mixture with the rest of the ingredients and blend with an immersion blender.
Add the mix to a frozen ice machine.*
Turn on and wait an hour and a half, or until the mixture is creamy.
Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream, sliced bananas, and Nilla wafers.

Additional Notes

*The same consistency can be achieved by adding the mixture to an ice cream/sorbet churner.

4 cans of Eagle Brewing Banana Bread Beer reduced to syrup with 5 sticks of cinnamon and 1.5 lb Demerara sugar.
