Truly Spikes Hard Seltzer With Hot Wing Sauce

Just when you think you’ve seen it all, think again, says a recent press release from Truly Hard Seltzer. What haven’t we see before? A hot wing sauce-flavored hard seltzer, which Truly has launched just in time for the Super Bowl.

With the new product Truly says it’s bringing the OG snack of football watch parties — hot wings — to both fans and cans. Truly Hot Wing Hard Seltzer is available in custom 4-pack, 16-oz. cans starting Jan. 29 while supplies last.

The unique limited-edition flavor was inspired by the flavor lab at Truly L.A, according to Truly Hard Seltzer’s senior director of marketing Matt Withington. “We’re all about keeping it light, so we’re bringing drinkers everything they need to accompany the cheers, jeers, and tears of game day in one convenient package with Truly Hot Wing Sauce Hard Seltzer,” he said.

We’re a bit dubious about this one; we’re more about keeping the hot wing sauce out of our hard seltzer during football parties. But if there can be a Doritos nacho cheese-flavored spirit, we guess there could be an audience for wing sauce hard seltzer.
