If you don’t have a pizza stone, and want to bake my Grandma’s Italian Bread, no worries! Invert a rimmed baking sheet, and place it into the oven 10 minutes before putting the dough in. Just slide the parchment onto the baking sheet and you’ll have a delicious loaf of homemade bread in just minutes!
