Celebrate National Cosmopolitan Day with the Apero Cosmo
Every year on May 7th, we celebrate National Cosmopolitan Day!
Made popular by the hit 2000s show Sex and The City, this fabulous pink drink was the cocktail of choice for Carrie Bradshaw and her girlfriends. Because of how popular it became during the show’s airtime, the women joked about it at the end of the first movie! “Why did we ever stop drinking these?” Charlotte asked, to which Carrie responded, “Because everyone else started.” So, this May 7th, treat yourself to a cheeseburger, a large fry, and a Cosmopolitan. Try out the delicious recipe below from Apéritif Bar!
Apero Cosmo

Ingredients
22.5 ml. Pomegranate
22.5 ml. Cranberry Juice
15 ml. Passionfruit Syrup
5 ml. Lime Juice
10 ml. Ginger Juice
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a shaker and then shake.
Pour into a martini glass and garnish with orange zest and edible flower, enjoy!
