Fèis Ìle, which always takes place at the end of May, is the festival devoted to the whisky and culture of Islay and Jura, and you could be going to the 2025 edition courtesy of Bunnahabhain.

One lucky customer will win an all-expenses paid trip for two to Islay with Bunnahabhain with some quality time with blender Julieann Fernadez and distillery manager Andrew Brown.

What you could win

Here’s a full rundown of the prize. See T&C’s for more information:

-Standard economy return travel from a UK airport and onward travel to Islay.

MoM Bunnahabhain Competition 2024 T&Cs

 

THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company register number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom. 
THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read, understand and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data) are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms; to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entry must be in the UK. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees (and their immediate family) of the promoter or any of its associated companies. MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who, or any entry which, it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition.
ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 20 May 2024 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 26 May 2024. 
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must within the entry period purchase a qualifying product from the following list of products as available and listed on www.masterofmalt.com. For a purchase to be a valid entry: (i) it must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) it must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received); and all entrants must agree to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business to complete the purchase (each being a qualifying purchase or qualifying entry). WINNER(S): There is 1 main prize with 1 main winner, and 2 runner-up prizes with 2 runners-up. All prize winners and recipients will be selected at random out of all qualifying entries shortly after the competition period. The selection of the winner and runners-up made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
THE PRIZES:

All prizes are strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. The prize provider reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is not available for reasons outside of the prize provider’s control.
THE MAIN PRIZE: The main winner will win a 3-days and 2-nights trip for 2 people (i.e. you can bring a guest but your guest must also be 18 years or older) to Islay, Scotland and participate in Fèis Ìle 2025. The prize includes the following:

standard/economy return travel from a UK airport and onward travel to Islay (onward travel to Islay maybe by plane and/or ferry, to be arranged and confirmed with CVH Spirits Limited);
standard accommodation for 2 nights within reasonable proximity and access to Fèis Ìle (which means accommodation maybe on Islay or off the island, subject to availability) based on two people sharing a double room (complimentary breakfast included each morning);
one complimentary evening meal (date to be confirmed but likely on the day of arrival);
backstage pass to have a chat with Andrew and Julieann after the tasting at the Bunnahabhain Distillery;
one complimentary lunch at the Bunnahabhain Distillery (date to be confirmed);
complimentary entry to Bunnahabhain Fèis Ìle activities on the visit i.e. tastings and tours;
complimentary Feis Bottle (specific bottling at distillery’s discretion); and
£25 spend allowance per person per day (to be claimed back from CVH Spirits Limited, precise claiming procedure to be confirmed).

RUNNER-UP PRIZE: The two runners-up will each win 12 bottles of Bunnahabhian whisky (dealer’s choice on specific bottles), including packaging and carriage.

MAIN PRIZE BOOKING AND TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: The main winner claims the main prize subject to the following restrictions:

The prize trip is subject to Fèis Ìle taking place on the published dates in 2025. If Fèis Ìle is postponed or dates are being changed, then the prize trip, including but not limited to its dates, accommodation, and other activities will be adjusted as required to correspond with the new Fèis Ìle dates. If Fèis Ìle 2025 is cancelled, the prize provider reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value;
the precise dates of the prize trip is subject to Fèis Ìle 2025 dates and details;
Fèis Ìle is organised by a third party unrelated to MoM and CVH Spirits Limited, MoM and CVH Spirits Limited have no control over any matters relating to the official Fèis Ìle events and decisions; if Fèis Ìle is postponed and/or cancelled, the prize trip will be reasonably adjusted in any manner as necessary in CVH Spirits Limited’s sole discretion (whilst acting reasonably and in good faith) to correspond with any newly published Fèis Ìle dates;
travel dates and relevant reservations cannot be changed, postponed, or cancelled; however, the prize trip may be delayed or postponed at the prize provider’s sole discretion if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond its control;
any other costs or expenses not listed that may incur in connection with the winner and their guest taking up the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest;
the winner and their guest will be solely responsible for ensuring that they will be available to travel and that will hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents incidental to the fulfilment of the prize on the dates specified.

UK SHIPPING ONLY FOR THE RUNNERS-UP PRIZES: The runner-up prizes can only be delivered to a valid address within the United Kingdom provided by the prize recipient. 
PRIZE PROVIDER: All travel and accommodation arrangements relating to the main prize will be the sole responsibility of CVH Spirits Limited. All runner-up prizes are provided and will be shipped by CVH Spirits Limited. MoM will not be responsible for any failure or delay in travel and accommodation arrangements. 
CLAIMING THE PRIZE: The name of the winner and runners-up will be announced on MoM’s blog as soon as practicable upon selection. MoM will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and runners-up via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If any winner or runner-up cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the prize within 5 days of MoM contacting them, MoM reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner or runner-up is unable to take up the prize or fails to claim the prize within the time limit as set out above. MoM may contact entrants for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are delayed or lost for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). The promoter will not be responsible for delivery of the prize to any incorrect address. Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall in no circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant who participates in the competition and/or the winner and their guest(s) who claim(s) the prize for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition, any failure or delays or postponements or cancellations in making the appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements as a result of the winner taking up the prize (including in relation to their guests), except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
CVH SPIRITS LIMITED PRIVACY POLICY: MoM will be required to pass the winner’s, their guest’s, and the runners-up’s details to CVH Spirits Limited in order for the prize to be fulfilled. Once the details are passed onto CVH Spirits Limited, they will act as data controller of such personal data and will process the personal data subject to their Privacy Policy. GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
