Course Drinks
Keyword banana liqueur, Cocchi Americano, rum, Suze, verjus
2 oz. Pineapple- and coconut-infused Cuban rum blend¼ oz. Suze liqueur¼ oz. Banana liqueur½ oz. Cocchi Americano½ oz. Verjus
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir briefly to chill ingredients.
Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Squeeze a lemon peel, expressing the oils over the top of the drink.
