JIM & TONIC DEVELOP IMMERSIVE, COMMUNITY-LED DRINKS POP UP IN PARTNERSHIP WITH BANKSIDE HOTEL

JIM & TONIC HAS PARTNERED WITH THE ART YARD AT BANKSIDE HOTEL TO TRANSFORM THE COURTYARD AREA INTO A VIBRANT OUTDOOR HUB FOR LOCAL WORKERS AND RESIDENTS TO ENJOY AFTER WORK THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER.

Sustainable distillery, Jim & Tonic has joined forced with Art Yard at Bankside Hotel, to revamp the courtyard area outside the restaurant into a lively outdoor space for locals to unwind after work all summer long. The lush green piazza, located between Upper Ground and Blackfriar’s Road, steps away from Blackfriar’s Station and a five-minute walk to Southwark Station, is ideally situated for those wanting to have a quick drink in the sunshine before grabbing the train home.

The ‘Back Yard’ pop-up features a custom-designed van offering Jim & Tonic’s signature summer serves, live acoustic music, and comfortable terrace furniture, creating the perfect setting to soak in the London summer vibes.

Guests can enjoy Summer at the Back Yard between 4pm and 8pm, Monday through Friday, with Live Music performances Tuesday to Thursday.

When the sun goes in, those looking to make a night of it can retire to Art Yard Bar and Kitchen — a creative environment surrounded by art and murals, serving seasonal dishes with a sustainable focus. Cocktails and drinks feature old classics, reimagined using crafted sustainable spirits.
