Belle of the Ball

This peachy bourbon cocktail is balanced with a bit of amaro.

Course Drinks

Keyword amaro, bourbon, egg white, lemon, peach syrup, walnut bitters

2 parts Bib & Tucker 6-year-old small batch bourbon1 part Peach syrup¾ part Lemon juice½ part Meletti Amaro1 Egg white1 dash Walnut bitters

Add all ingredients to shaker.

Dry shake for 30 seconds.

Add ice to shaker and shake cold.

Double strain into coupe glass.
