Smoke Lab Vodka partners with the Chilled 100 Bartenders to create exceptional cocktails using its latest expression, Smoke Lab Saffron Vodka, along with its flagship Smoke Lab Vodka.

Heatwave

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Smoke Lab Saffron
1 ¼ oz. Carrot/Coconut/Turmeric/Hot Honey Syrup*
¾ oz. Lemon
½ oz. Fever Tree Yuzu Lime Soda

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin (except soda), shake, strain over KD in a Collins, top with Yuzu/Lime Soda.
Garnish with A dehydrated lime wheel resting on a makrut leaf.

*Carrot Syrup

Ingredients

16 oz. Carrot/Ginger Juice
5 oz. Coconut Puree
1 6 oz. Mike’s Hot Honey
6 Pieces of Ginger
Barspoon of Xanthan Gum

Preparation

Add ingredients to a Cambro.
Using a hand blender, pulse for 3-4 minutes or until ingredients are thoroughly integrated.
Fine strain.
Date and label.

Big Breezy

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Anise Vodka
½ oz. Mint Tea
1 oz. Watermelon Syrup
¾ oz. Lemon
Top With Soda

Preparation

Build in Collins glass. Garnish with cucumber, star anise, mint plouche.
