Chili’s May Margarita Pops With Boba

For the first time, Chili’s has introduced a Popping Boba Margarita, adding an unexpected burst of flavor to its Margarita of the Month lineup. It’s made with Lunazul blanco tequila, Deep Eddy lemon vodka, Monin watermelon, house-made sour, and dragonfruit popping boba.

Priced at $6, the Popping Boba Marg dropped a day early on April 30, in honor of National Boba Day, and will be available all May long. Chili’s is also offering a $5 non-alcoholic option Popping Boba Lemonade—delivering the same fun, flavor-forward experience.

The Popping Boba Marg taps into what younger guests are gravitating towards: drinks that are fun, customizable and full of texture, the company says. It builds on the momentum of the Margarita of the Month program by pairing a fan-favorite platform with one of today’s most viral drink trends.

The Margarita of the Month Club comes to life for Chili’s most loyal marg fans, with collectible digital stickers. Starting with the Popping Boba Marg, guests who try each featured Margarita receive a new sticker, track their collection, and for true marg enthusiasts, unlock streak stickers after enjoying three consecutive Margaritas of the Month.
