Penelope Bourbon Adds Riviera to Cooper Series

Penelope Bourbon has introduced Riviera, the latest addition to its Cooper Series lineup.

According to the company, Penelope Riviera blends 8-year American light whiskey with straight bourbon before finishing the whiskey in rosé wine casks sourced from Spain.

The release is 94 proof and will begin rolling out to retailers this month with a suggested retail price of $79.99 per 750-ml. bottle.

The company said Riviera was developed as a seasonal addition to the Cooper Series with a fruit- and floral-focused profile created through the rosé cask finishing process.

This follows the recent release of Architects of Golf.
