Chilled’s Top 10 Drops for June 2026

Bringing you what’s new and noteworthy each month. Designed for bartenders and connoisseurs, we choose our favorite bottles, barware and bold ideas stirring up the scene.

Below are ten standout spirits worth sipping, sharing and showing off.

Purple Drop RTD

A fresh entrant to the RTD space, Purple Drop reimagines Peru’s traditional chicha morada in a modern canned format. Launched last month, the beverage is brewed from antioxidant-rich purple corn and layered with fruit and warming spices, pouring a striking deep violet.

On the palate, it opens with bright fruit, followed by a crisp citrus lift and a smooth, lightly spiced finish. Lightly sweetened with organic agave and free from artificial ingredients or high fructose corn syrup, it delivers a clean but flavorful profile.

Founded by Maria and Roger Velasquez and inspired by a family recipe, Purple Drop brings a culturally rooted, functional RTD option built for warm-weather occasions and easy everyday sipping.

Plymouth Honey Gin

Plymouth Gin enters the flavor-forward category with Plymouth Honey, a new expression crafted at England’s historic Black Friars Distillery. Built on the brand’s classic botanical base, it introduces a soft honeyed layer while staying true to its signature earthy style.

Crystal clear in the glass, it opens with warm honey aromas over juniper and gentle herbs. The palate brings honey and vanilla with a light citrus lift and a grounded, herbal finish. Smooth and approachable, it works well in simple serves like a Bee’s Knees or a classic Gin & Tonic.

Now available nationwide, it’s a seasonal, easy-drinking addition that modernizes a heritage gin without losing its identity.

Hennessy Very Special Cocktails

Hennessy introduces a new ready-to-serve collection built for effortless summer drinking. Launching across the U.S. this June, Hennessy Very Special Cocktails features three bottled serves: Henny-Rita, Henny Berry, and Henny Iced Tea.

Each expression is built on Hennessy Very Special cognac and designed for chilled, pour-and-share occasions. Developed with Master Blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde, the range blends cognac with bright citrus, berry, and tea-inspired profiles for an easy modern serve.

Packaged in 375ml bottles, it reflects Hennessy’s continued move into accessible, occasion-driven cocktails made for social moments.

House of Rare Tequila RAREcask Genesis PX

House of Rare Tequila debuts RAREcask Genesis PX, the first release in its cask-focused aging program. Originally distilled at Arette, this extra añejo is aged three years in ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.

The result is a layered tequila that bridges categories, with added richness, texture, and depth from extended cask influence. Produced in limited 1,000-bottle lots, each batch varies slightly in its time spent in PX, reinforcing its experimental approach.

It’s a collector-driven release that signals a more whisky-inspired direction for premium tequila aging.

Green River Honey Finished Bourbon Whiskey

Green River Distilling Co. offers a more natural take on flavored whiskey with its Honey Finished Bourbon. Instead of post-distillation additives, four-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished in-barrel with 100% real local honey.

Bottled at 92 proof, it balances bourbon structure with notes of floral honey, caramel, orange peel, and toasted oak, finishing with gentle cinnamon spice. The result is a clean, integrated expression that avoids artificial sweetness while keeping strong cocktail versatility.

It’s a modern, bartender-friendly approach to honey whiskey that still respects classic Kentucky character.

Glenmorangie x Harrison Ford Limited Edition

Glenmorangie partners with Harrison Ford for a limited edition single malt finished in toasted Portuguese red wine casks. Built on the distillery’s classic bourbon cask base, the finish adds structure, depth, and subtle tannic grip.

The whisky opens with bright citrus and marmalade before moving into baked bread, stone fruit, and soft vanilla sweetness. The wine cask influence brings gentle spice and balance, giving the dram both polish and personality.

Developed with Dr. Bill Lumsden, it reflects a meeting point of Highland craftsmanship and understated star power.

15 STARS First West Explorer Bourbon

15 STARS marks a major milestone with First West Explorer, its first bourbon fully distilled in-house and the debut of its proprietary baby black corn mashbill. The five-grain recipe blends black and yellow corn with rye, wheat, and malted barley.

Aged over five years and refined through the brand’s Flavor Proofed™ process, it opens with rich sweetness—cherry, banana pudding, and vanilla—before shifting into pear, raisin, baking spice, and oak. A citrus-tinged finish adds lift and balance.

Bottled at 95 proof, it introduces a more complex, grain-driven identity for the Bardstown-based distiller.

Michter’s 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye

Michter’s returns with a 10 Year Single Barrel Rye built on its signature Kentucky-style mashbill, favoring a softer, more rounded profile than traditional rye whiskey. Aged for over a decade and bottled at 92.8 proof, it delivers layered spice balanced by natural sweetness.

Notes of baking spice, citrus, and soft florals sit over a rich oak core, with each single barrel offering slight variation. The extended aging brings depth and polish without losing approachability.

It continues Michter’s reputation for limited, highly allocated releases with strong collector demand.

Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial

Moët & Chandon returns to Saint-Tropez for summer 2026, continuing its collaboration with Pharrell Williams on a celebration of shared moments and modern champagne culture.

This season, Pharrell reimagines Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial, presented for the first time without its signature sleeve, stripping back the design to focus on the experience itself. Originally created in Saint-Tropez, Ice Impérial is the Maison’s champagne designed to be enjoyed over ice, offering a fruit-forward, refreshing profile made for warm-weather drinking.

Alongside Brut Impérial, the campaign highlights Moët & Chandon’s evolving summer ritual, with immersive Riviera activations and a Spicy Mangosé Ice Impérial serve bringing the season to life.

Rooted in Saint-Tropez and crafted in Épernay, the partnership continues to center simplicity, connection, and celebration.

Garrison Brothers Ranch Reserve Series

Garrison Brothers introduces the Ranch Reserve Series, a new exploration of cask finishing applied to its Texas bourbon. The debut releases include PX Sherry Cask Finished and Oloroso Sherry Cask Finished expressions, both aged eight years.

The PX release leans rich and decadent with toffee, fig, and candied fruit, while the Oloroso expression is drier and more structured, adding walnut and baking spice. Both are bottled above 100 proof, showcasing the intensity of Texas-aged whiskey.

It’s a bold expansion of the brand’s signature style through Spanish sherry cask influence.

The Macallan Romantica Collection

The Macallan celebrates the centenary of its iconic 1926 vintage with the Romantica Collection, a trio of artist editions drawn from a 1986 single cask. Matured for nearly 40 years, the whisky is paired with new works from Sir Peter Blake, Valerio Adami, and Michael Dillon.

Limited to just 258 bottles, each edition reflects themes of time, nature, and community, continuing the artistic legacy tied to The Macallan’s most famous releases.

The whisky itself is rich and layered, with dried fruit, spice, antique oak, and soft smoke, showcasing the distillery’s mastery of sherry-seasoned oak and long maturation.
