New HQ, Distribution Facility for Clark Beverage
Clark Beverage Group and Clark Distributing Company (Clark) have partnered with HDA on the design of its new headquarters and distribution facility in Bowling Green, KY. Scheduled to break ground in Summer 2026 with completion anticipated in Fall 2027, the state-of-the-art facility will support Clark’s continued growth and long-term operational goals.
Situated on an 87.5-acre site along Plano Road, the development will total approximately 362,675 square feet, including a 46,600-square-foot two-story corporate office, a 298,500-square-foot high-performance warehouse, a 17,000-square-foot fleet maintenance facility, and a 575-square-foot security check-in building. The campus has also been strategically planned to accommodate an additional 135,000 square feet of future expansion.
Designed to blend operational efficiency with employee experience, the facility will feature a modern architectural aesthetic defined by expansive curtainwall glazing, reflective glass, aluminum composite material panels, fiber cement panel accents and a natural stone. The main entry sequence includes a covered drop-off area highlighted by a dramatic cantilevered glass canopy.
The warehouse has been designed to maximize operational performance and future scalability. Featuring a clear height of 34 feet, the facility will incorporate the use of state of the art automated systems to increase efficiencies to support high-volume distribution operations. Thirty-six dock positions will provide efficient loading and unloading capabilities, while dedicated mezzanine spaces will allow for additional storage.
Supporting fleet operations, a separate remote maintenance building will provide on-site servicing, maintenance, and washing for delivery vehicles. An on-site fueling station is designed to improve operational efficiency and productivity across the campus.
Founded in 1903, C.C. Clark started as a small soda water business and has grown into a family-owned legacy, bottling and distributing over 2,800 brands.
