How Many Does it Feed?

Most of these recipes serve 4–6 people, which is my favorite kind of dinner math. If you’re feeding four, you’ll probably have a little extra for lunch the next day. If you’re feeding six, you can still get dinner on the table without doubling everything or overthinking it.

Why Weekly Meal Planning Works

Less 5 p.m. Panic: Dinner is already decided, so you are not staring into the fridge hoping it turns into a plan.

Fewer Decisions: One quick plan now means you do not have to answer what is for dinner every single day.

Smarter Shopping: You grab what you need, skip the random extras, and actually use what you buy.

Skip the Drive-Thru: When dinner is planned, you are way less likely to end up in the fast food line because everyone is hungry right now.

I always include a printable shopping list in my weekly meal plans, measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy and saves time. This will help weeknights feel way more manageable! Check out all of my weekly meal plans here.

Storing Leftovers

I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have something going on over the weekend. If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
