Cherry Ember Sour
This Scotch cocktail puts a unique spin on the classic sour.
Cherry Ember Sour
Ingredients
1 ¾ oz. Dewar’s 12 Year Old Scotch¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice¾ oz. Cherry juice½ oz. Maple syrup1 pipette Miracle foamer or egg white
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice.
Shake hard, then double strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
Garnish with a cherry.
