This verdant cocktail from at Le Jardinier by The Bastion Collection in Miami uses Cocuy, a Venezuelan agave spirit.

Ingredients
2 oz. Capilla Blanco Cocuy a Venezuelan agave spirit¾ oz. Fresh cucumber juice½ oz. Yuzu¼ oz. Triple sec½ oz. Fresh lime juice
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
