If you only chase value, you’ll miss the 2023 vintage that critics are already calling one of the valley’s more complete recent years. Mix it. Allocate the flags you actually want.
Buy the Oregon Pinots and Washington Syrahs while they’re still sitting on winery sites. Put the rosé in the fridge for the first warm weekend after Labor Day. Releases move fast in September.
