Famously made with Campari, Gin and Sweet Vermouth, the iconic cocktail fits in everywhere from deep in the confines of New York City, the mountains of Utah, steps from the California beach- and just about anywhere else. These are 2026’s most notable places to celebrate the holiday.

Marisi

La Jolla, California

Kicking off with the brand new San Diego Italian hotspot Marisi. Open since August, its unmatched attention to detail (right down to the custom beer and their very own hand soap and plates) is a bespoke celebration of all things Italian style and ingenuity. That includes its liquor and amaro list, which naturally includes quality Negronis among a sea of effervescent spritzes: the Negroni’s cute cousin. Studio Mediterranean at Montage Laguna Beach

Just up the coast, at first glance it looks like you’re gazing at the sparkling blue waters of the Amalfi Coast while perched in the Montage’s sprawling picture-perfect property.
