Brewlando Unveils Sparkling Pear Cider

Orlando, FL-based craft brewery Brewlando has announced the launch of Pearsecco. The sparkling pear cider that marks the company’s first release in a planned proprietary wine and cider portfolio.

Pearsecco starts with a pear cider base, with no additional fruit, flavor extracts or concentrates added. Champagne yeast helps create its lively carbonation, the company says, while the pear character remains at the forefront. The result is a clear, gold cider with delicate floral aromas, notes of crisp apple and honeysuckle, and a refreshing sweet-tart finish.

Served in a stemless flute, the 4.9% ABV Pearsecco can be enjoyed on its own or paired with dishes such as hummus, Greek salad and the margherita flatbread. The cider is available at Brewlando’s Hoffner, Sanford and Maitland locations, as well as The Winery & Tasting Room by Brewlando at ICON Park.

Founded in 2022, Brewlando has become one of Central Florida’s fastest-growing beverage brands. The company will be opening a location at Orlando International Airport.
