Made from 100% malted barley and cut with Rocky Mountain spring water, the 94.6-proof whiskey is aged for 10 years in new charred American white oak, finished for over three years in Cognac casks, and completed with a nine-month finish in Hungarian Tokaji wine casks. Garrison Brothers Bottled in Bond Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey (Fall 2020 Release)
Garrison Brothers Distillery has announced the second release of its Bottled in Bond Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a six-year-old, 100-proof expression distilled in Fall 2020 using Texas grains and proofed with pure Hill Country rainwater.
Master Distiller Donnis Todd selected 102 53-gallon barrels for this release, resulting in a rich profile that delivers notes of toasted brown sugar, cinnamon, and white pepper, alongside vanilla, leather, and Thanksgiving baking spices like nutmeg and anise.
The limited 19,500-bottle run will debut at the distillery on November 14, 2026, during the Red, White & Bourbon fundraiser before rolling out to select retailers, restaurants, and e-commerce platforms nationwide at an SRP of $89.99.
