This striking vodka cocktail comes from Bar Kapu, a tropical Southeast Asian in Bentonville, AR.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Butterfly pea-infused vodka 20g:1L vodka infused 48 hours1 oz. Coconut water¾ oz. Pineapple juice¾ oz. Yuzu simple equal parts Yuzuco yuzu super juice and sugar; blended and strained½ oz. Lime juice

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
Shake well with crushed ice.
Strain into a pineapple glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with lemon wheel, mint plush and flamingo pick.
