Remember the days of old, when you’d be out and about running errands? You’d hit a wall and pop into a coffee shop and order something warm and delicious, then carry on your merry way? Yeah, it’s been awhile. Thanks COVID. So now it’s on us to perfect our very own barista skills, and I’m here to help you make a delicious Cinnamon Coconut Latte with just the littlest bit of effort.
Because working-from-home was only a novelty for the first six months, and now we all need a little caffeine boost to get us through.
Along with coffee shops, I also said good-bye to shopping in-person. Instead, I’m finding online storefronts, like iHerb.com to get my grocery and household items. With over 30,000 natural products that ship to over 180 countries, iHerb makes it easy to get your groceries delivered to your doorsteps, and because they ship from climate-controlled distribution centers, quality of their products can be ensured. Even better? iHerb offers customer service 24 hours a day / 7 days a week in 10 different languages.

This drink starts out with strong-brewed coffee. I like to add 50% more coffee to the filter than standard when I’m making this Cinnamon Coconut Latte (or any latte for that matter). Play around until you get the strength you like best.
While not necessary, warming up the other latte ingredients (coconut oil, butter, milk powder, and water) will ensure your latte is piping hot. While not necessary, I think it’s a good thing to do if you have the time. Feel free to do this in a saucepan on the stove or in a microwave-safe container.
Finally, if you need a little snack to serve with your Cinnamon Coconut Latte, try a few of the healthful snack options – like my absolute favorite protein bar, the Power Crunch Protein Energy Bar, in Salted Caramel (they’re hard to find so this link may be helpful!) – and Sahale Snacks Naturally Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashews that are available from iHerb.com.
