2 oz. Fig-Infused Bourbon*
.25 oz. Fig Syrup**
3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Muddle 1 fresh fig and combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Stir and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice.
Garnish with a half fig.
Combine 1 bottle of bourbon with 20-30 dried figs cut into halves.
Allow infusion to set for 3-5 days.
Combine 1 cup of dried figs with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar.
Boil and remove from heat.
Strain syrup.
