Drink Experiences: The Mana Breeze at El Ta’Koy at The Dominick

El Ta’Koy, a Hawaiian cuisine concept at New York hotel at The Dominick, this summer is introducing the Mana Breeze cocktail as part of its poolside partnership with Vacation Sunscreen.

The cocktail is inspired by Vacation’s nostalgic signature scent, which the sunscreen brand says “immerses the wearer in a nostalgic mix of coconut, banana, pool water, pool toy and swimsuit fabric for optimal poolside lounging.”

How does El Ta’Koy convey these flavors and aesthetic? The Mana Breeze combines mezcal, watermelon juice, lemon, agave, basil and the bergamot-flavored liqueur Italicus (full recipe below).

What’s more, the Mana Breeze is served with a mini Vacation Sunscreen Classic SPF 30 lotion so guests can truyly immerse themselves in the scent and experience. Priced at $20, the cocktail will be available at El Ta’Koy’s indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant throughout the summer.
