Ghost Tequila has named Ryan Wilson as the company’s new CEO. Wilson joined Ghost Tequila in 2023 as chief financial officer and was later promoted to chief operating officer, helping drive the brand’s rapid expansion and operational growth.
Prior to joining Ghost, Wilson served as vice president of finance and operations at Mast-Jägermeister U.S. where he played a key role in strategic initiatives, including negotiations surrounding the company’s joint venture with Teremana Tequila. Earlier in his career, Wilson spent a decade at Diageo, where he held a variety of leadership positions, including helping to oversee the development of the company’s rum distillery in St. Croix.
Ghost Tequila is a premium, 100% agave spicy tequila crafted in Jalisco, Mexico. Since launching 10 years ago, Ghost has achieved consistent year-over-year growth, and is now distributed in all 50 U.S. states, as well as markets in the Caribbean, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
